		<description><![CDATA[The #trumanchester event is nearly here!  Yours truly is really excited about running her first track at her first #tru conference.

I have decided to take the bull by the horns and open up "The Flat Fee Debate".  This is a topic that is obviously close to my heart and one that gets a fair bit of coverage on the social sphere, but I am really interested to hear what others at the event think. 

The debate has already started on the #trumanchester blog and I think it may be a lively one - have your say!
